Students looking already

Monday 30th November 2009.

It seems like only a few months ago that many students moved into their new property for the 2009/10 term. Believe it or not we have students calling into the office already asking about our available list for the 2010/11 academic year. These students might just be reading the market ahead of some of us, as during the past two years we have seen inadequate numbers of property available to the mass especially during the months of August and September. It is fair to say that many groups will not have made their minds up as to whether they wish to stay in their current property when the next new term arrives. The landlord on the other hand, will want to know their plans as they will undoubtedly want the property on our available list in an effort to secure a new group and reduce the chances of a void period.

If you are a student and you know you will be looking for different accommodation next time round then please register your interest early by clicking the “Contact” tab above and a member of our team will contact you shortly. If you are using our site to find a property it is easier to enter the number of bedrooms required and search.

If you are a landlord who we have not yet spoken to and you would like your property advertised for the coming year please either call the office 023 8057 7777 or send us an email. All available student properties are now being shown on the web.
