Ten years and still on top!

Well, here we are - ten years after Marques first moved into London Road and, for us at least, property has never looked so exciting.

We’ve recently moved a few doors along into new, larger offices in London Road which gives us all the space we need to accommodate the new staff who have recently joined our growing team at Marques.

There’s also a sign of some positive news on the property market too. We’ve seen the steady growth over the past year continue into the autumn, although it still might be some time before we’re enjoying the optimism of the mid-Noughties again.

Fortunately, as many of our landlords, tenants and vendors are experiencing, Southampton is still proving to be a popular place to live and work and, of course, we wouldn’t have it any other way!
