In just one day…
Wednesday 2nd June 2010.
Sam Cox has come tantalisingly close to the Marques record for matching new tenants to a new home. In just one day she marketed a property in Nickleby Gardens in Totton, showed a professional couple around and secured a 12 month contract at the full asking price for the landlord.
The current Marques record for a new let is just 2 hours, but Sam's success was still a very productive day's work.
