Southampton's waterfront revival back on track

The city's waterfront revival is firmly back on track after Barratt Homes announced it would restart work on Admirals Quay in Ocean Village this year.

The final phase of the stunning development of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses is designed to help Southampton's waterfront finally fulfil its potential as the south coast's premier marina complex.

The Admirals Quay scheme will see two more residential towers built alongside the existing three blocks and ten more bars and restaurants will introduce a new vibrant atmosphere for the residents looking to make Ocean Village their home in the future.
