We’ve done it again – another 24 hour let!

Yes, the team has achieved yet another record-breaking let with a modern one bedroom house that was released following a remarkable refurbishment.

It took the team just 24 hours to market the property, find a suitable tenant and agree the deal for the new professional occupiers and, with top rental figures secured for the landlord, everyone involved was more than satisfied with the record-breaking Marques service.

It just goes to show that high quality accommodation and pro-active marketing gets results every time, as one very satisfied landlord discovered recently.

It took just one viewing of a one-bedroom house in Eyre Close in West Totton to clinch the deal. The property had been completely redecorated and refurbished with new kitchen, bathroom and carpets throughout and, with some stylish finishing touches, the new tenant just couldn’t end the viewing without securing the house.
