Students: don’t panic!

As the numbers of students scouring letting agents’ windows in London Road continues to increase, we’re issuing a ‘don’t panic’ statement as the majority of student property lists won’t actually be published until early 2011.

We’re expecting the number of available properties available to surge so students can relax in the knowledge that a steady flow of good quality properties in the suitable areas will be advertised between February and July 2011 and will certainly meet demand.

It’s worth noting that the best time to start looking for a student house is from February onwards; start the process too early and you could be limiting your property options and leaving yourself open to expensive tenancy contracts. Not only that, but a rushed decision could see you ending up with housemates you might well regret!
