We’re proud to announce that Kerry has been promoted to Customer Services Manager. Having spent three years looking after our landlords and tenants, working hard to make sure everything has gone according to plan, Kerry knows better than most exactly what it takes to let a property successfully.

Kevin Murray

Kevin joined us three months ago to manage our property inspections. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the property sector and is a qualified EPC inspector, which will certainly be of interest to many of our landlords and tenants who want to know more about how to make energy saving improvements to their properties.

Energy Performance Certificates rate homes according to their current energy performance as well as potential ratings if energy saving improvements are made to cut heating costs and energy emissions.

Andrea Booth

As we broaden our reach into new areas, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Booth as our Area Representative for lettings in the SO30, SO31 and SO32 postcode regions.
