Student demand soars despite fee rises

Despite the recent trebling of the tuition fee threshold for universities in England, applications for 2011 degree courses has surged by over 4%, leading to an extra 3,000 students. The pressure is now firmly on student accommodation to fulfil demand and Marques is advising landlords of student properties to list their properties for the 2011 term as soon as possible.
