Rent Collection including rent collection, arrears collection, accounting and renewal negotiations 7% of rent payable
Full Management including property maintenance, property visit, service of notices, deposit negotiation together with all service applicable under rent collection 12% of rent payable

Paper copies of statements of account £15.00 per month
Tax retention and completion of documentation for HMRC £75.00 per quarter

Negotiations of deductions from deposit (not Fully Managed) £300.00
Attendance at Court /Tribunal £150.00 day/part thereof
